Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Communications ("E-Consent")

To offer you a loan or other financial services, the Lending Partners or Service Providers need your consent to use and accept electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent").

By submitting a request to be connected with Lending Partners or Service Providers, you agree to this E-Consent. This consent allows us, our Lending Partners and Service Providers, to provide you with information, disclosures, and documents electronically. This E-Consent also outlines your rights to receive electronic records and communications in connection with your use of our services.

Your Consent to Electronic Records. By agreeing to this E-Consent, you are giving your permission to receive all required disclosures, notices, and other communications ("Disclosures") related to your loan or other services request in electronic format rather than on paper. You also agree to use electronic signatures for any agreements, notices, or forms, and to conduct transactions with us, our Lending Partners or Service Providers that we contact you with electronically.

Scope of Consent. This E-Consent applies to all current and future interactions between you and our Lending Partners and Service Providers, including any communications or transactions conducted on this website, as well as on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. By consenting to receive information electronically, you allow our Lending Partners and Service Providers to process your information and interact with you electronically in connection with your loan request. Disclosures may be presented to you on our website, on the lender's website, or via email.

Option to Receive Paper Copies. You may request paper copies of any Disclosures by directly contacting relevant Lending Partner and Service Provider. They may send these to you, though some may charge a fee. Each Lending Partner and Service Provider will keep a record of Disclosures as required by law.

System Requirements. To access and retain electronic records, you will need:

• A computer, smartphone, or other device with internet access.
• An email account.
• An internet browser with at least 128-bit encryption (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
• Software to view PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
• A printer or secure storage device if you wish to retain a copy of any electronic records.

Withdrawal of Consent. This E-Consent is required to use our lead generation service and connect with lenders or lending partners. It is a one-time transaction for the purpose of your loan request, so you cannot withdraw your consent for our part of the process. If you are connected with a lender or lending partner, you may contact them to withdraw your consent, but doing so could affect your ability to obtain credit from that lender or lending partner.

Withdrawing consent will not affect the legal validity of previous electronic Disclosures or agreements. For more information on withdrawing consent, please contact the relevant Lending Partner or Service Provider directly.

Updating Your Contact Information. It is important to keep your contact information up to date. To ensure you continue to receive electronic communications, please inform the lender or lending partner directly of any changes to your email or physical address.

Confirmation of Your Ability to Access Electronic Disclosures. By agreeing to this E-Consent, you confirm that you have the hardware and software necessary to access and retain the electronic records and Disclosures described above.

Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Communications. By clicking the link or button to agree, you acknowledge that:
